I found your article and it sure does make me wonder. I must let you know that for me, having attended the revival I have had some good changes in my life. My wife and I now have turned closer to God “Jesus”. Our marriage is much better. We are seeking to be holy and set apart for the Lord. I now have strength not to sin. I want to tell everyone about Jesus now. I prayed for my wife yesterday and she was instantly healed. I do not know what to tell you other than for me, and my family we are serving the Lord Jesus.

    God bless

Rom 16:18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Eph 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

2Cr 11:13 For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness

DON”T LET TODD BENTLEY OR ANY OTHER VILE HERETIC DECEIVE YOU INTO THESE FALSE GOSPELS AND AWAY FROM THE TRUE GOSPEL AS IS ONLY FOUND IN THE HOLY BIBLE.

And stay away from new age Bible translations and paraphrase versions which lead you into heretical blasphemies, use the KJV version or the Hebrew or Greek.

Quote from Ted: “And stay away from new age Bible translations and paraphrase versions which lead you into heretical blasphemies, use the KJV version or the Hebrew or Greek.”

The King James is not the original word of God. There are many other good, and literal, and some even more accurate, English translations, such as:

    1. Young’s
    2. Darby’s
    3. Analytical-Literal Translation

And more. And others aren’t bad either, such as NKJV or NASB. And it doesn’t hurt to look at a scripture here in there even in a paraphrase. Ultimately, the Hebrew and Greek are the only originals, and anything else will have error, INCLUDING THE KING JAMES VERSION.

    Hi Steven,

Thank you for sharing your comment with us. I would exhort you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to examine this revival and pray for discernment until you are sure one way or another, and to ask the Lord to deliver you from any thing that is not of the Holy Spirit that may have attached itself to you as a result of going to this ”revival”.

Ultimately, even though something may not be of God, it does have the ability to spur His people to greater devotion and holiness, even in ignorance. I hope this is the case with you, my friend.

BE CAUTIONED!!! There are many false prophets at work in the world today and it is only going to get more and more deceptive.

If they say, “Lo! Here is Christ (the anointed one)” or “There He is” don’t believe them. The Kingdom of God is within, and comes not with observation.

    In Christ - Josef

  6. Adrian Shroff Says:

    Hi Steven,

I have been watching the Florida revival on God TV for the past four weeks, which led me to the web to check out who is saying what about all of this. As expected there are voices against, some unfortunately which go against the very Basics of what Christianity is supposed to be.

One, there is talk about Todd’s past…may I remind you that no one comes near the purity and goodness of God, not one, me and you included. Yes, Todd may have been into even the worst crimes…but did he not pay for it? And doesn’t he deserve forgiveness? Think about what Christ did when the crowds brought to him the woman who “was caught in the very act of Adultery”, did Christ not convict every one of them instead, to the point that every one of them left. And the woman…well did he not pardon her. The bigger the sinner the more is His grace.

Two, the general impression of a man who spreads gods word seems to be a man or a woman who is suited and booted … that is his external appearance should attract. Yes this kind will attract some who are also dressed in the same manner. The twelve disciples, who were they and what was their background, But think of the masses who need salvation, think of the gangs, the bikers (no offence), the criminals serving time…don’t they all deserve the love of God?

I was confused with the negative comments I was reading and did ponder over it last evening, and in prayer I was led to the Bible, as I so often am when I seek answers. Believe me I was led to the book of Galatians, I needed to read the first two chapters only and was convinced….Please read, understand and believe. Christ was for all, irrespective of their past, and he can use anyone to spread his word…St Paul was one example, and hey did not Jesus hang out with folk with whom the religious have a problem with.

I believe that as long as Todd does and says things in the name of Jesus, and proclaims His name he’s doing good. The healings and the outpouring cannot be the work of Satan, cause at the end of the day what matters is “how many have come to Christ” and not “how many have been born again by hearing Todd”. I believe the critics have a problem with the latter.

Grow up, read the word and start a revival yourself for God and spread the word of God. There are millions out there to be saved, spend your God given energies to propagate God’s love, mercy, kindness, forgiveness and a sense of brotherhood. Let Todd be to himself, if he is doing wrong don’t you have faith that our God will deal with him??? Oh you with little faith, Grow up into being a true Christian.

  7. rahabsplace Says:

This is hysterical. Todd loves Harley’s and listens to Christian heavy metal (Mortification is a Christian band, folks) so he’s demonic. I love it.

Let’s see. Todd has seen over a million people come to Jesus in his crusades. There’s a sure sign he’s a false prophet.

I know people who have been healed in Lakeland. The church I lead has been an overflow room for the Outpouring and we have seen 2 people healed of partial deafness in our meetings, as well as 2 brittle diabetics whose uncontrolled blood sugars are now controlled.

I was in Lakeland last weekend. I have never seen a place where the people were so open to the gospel. The people I witnessed to were hungry. One of my friends led a couple of people to the Lord while we were there. There have been people who have responded to the salvation altar call in EVERY SINGLE MEETING, including the morning sessions over at Ignited Church.

I must have missed that part in the Bible where satan decided the best way for a false prophet to deceive people was to have the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of TRUTH) come into their lives through salvation.

  8. andypro Says:

    To both Schroff and Rahabsplace,

You both seem to KNOW that what’s going on in Florida can not be from Satan. Here’s what Jesus said in Mark:

MARK 13:22 – For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and will show signs and wonders, in order to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

You guys see these signs and wonders as a guarentee that this CAN’T be from Satan, but Jesus in fact tells us that this CAN. So, who’s right, you or Jesus?

The principle in Mark, as well as many other places in the NT, is that signs and wonders, healings, etc. IN AND OF THEMSELVES, tell them nothing about whether what’s going on is from God or Satan.

The way to determine whether what Bentley is doing is by his teaching - does it line up with the word of God? There are many ways to test this biblically, but to those who know their bibles their are many red flags in what Bentley says and does:

He has an overinfatuation with angels, and those he describes do not match the bible stories about angels; He is adding to given revelation (expressly forbidden in scripture); He claims to have spoken to the dead (expressley forbidden in scripture); His preaching a different gospel (fobidden); turning the temple into a storehouse; associating with known false prophets, etc. etc.

I must have missed the part in the bible where it says that the best way for the Holy Spirit to bring revival was through a man who publically and unrepentantly violates scripture.

  9. Tony Says:

I believe Todd bentley is for real and is doing the Lord’s work. I also believe he is anointed and have been blessed watching the revival on GOD TV. I do have one question and maybe someone know the answer? Does Todd Bentley have a ministers license? Is he an ordained minister? Just wandering it isnt mentioned on freshfire.com.

  10. heatlight Says:

I pray that the miracles are real, but I am sad that I don’t see in him what I see in Jesus, the 12 apostles, and even the early church. It just seems - like so many other ‘healers’ - like a big show. It’s depressing.

  11. joseph Says:

i was in lakeland for 5 days. i attended the nightly outpouring meetings and the daily meetings at ignited church. i was pleased with the presence of God their and i am sure it is a real move of God. i not sure who you are that are saying todd is this and that. i do know that when you attend a meeting you can tell by experience whether the presence is of God or not. the presence was God infact i would say God’s name was their. we also know that in time if it is not of God it will fade away or be exposed by God and God alone. people who are looking for God may come to this site and see us arguing back and forth saying this and that about each other and we are supposed to be like Jesus but you are saying bad things about someone you dont even really know you just against what has happened. sometimes we should spend time with Jesus and see what He has to say about the situation. God is a big god and He can stop or start what He wants and God can do things how He wants to. watch the love that comes from the meetings and watch the fruit from them also. you will know them by their fruit.
    God bless
    joseph

  12. Michael Says:

    Hi Joseph

I actually do not agree with your arguements at all, but I am interested in one comment you made above. “Ultimately, even though something may not be of God, it does have the ability to spur His people to greater devotion and holiness, even in ignorance. I hope this is the case with you, my friend. ”
I have seen this regarding ‘Prophet’ Joshua in Nigeria. People I know have been ‘on fire’ for God ever since going to his meetings. What possible reason could Satan have for making someone ‘on fire’ for God. Where can you find this in the Bible.
I have been with Todd in Africa and heard him preach many times there and elsewhere. His preaching has always stacked up to what I know of the Bible. He is by no means a perfect human being, but then we all fall short. As far as money is concerned, he normally waits until late in the evening before he takes an offering. By then many have left and any hype has died down.
I think that Todd has handled the last 40+ days with great integrity and he is always giving the glory to God. I can tell you that this man loves God. As far as his lifestyle is concerned he has been through a very hard two years, his ‘dark night of the soul’ and what he got up to then is God’s problem, not ours. He has always spent hours at a time before the Lord and during this ‘outpouring’ he has not had any break in 40+ days.
As far as his speaking about angels and signs and wonders alot, the word ‘angel(s)’ is mentioned three hundred times in the Bible, not to mention when their names are mentioned etc. Also, from my reading of the Gospels, a huge amount of space is given to ‘miracles, signs and wonders.’
You mention ‘preaching the Word.’ The Bible verse you quote is to Timothy and not to the Body of Christ. Anyway, are not ‘healings, signs and wonders’ part of the Word of God.
It is so easy to look at someone’s ministry and the thousands of teachings they have done and find fault with them. It is so easy to say that someone is a false prophet, because who isn’t at some time. It is so easy to say that ‘healings, signs and wonders’ does not prove someone’s ministry is from God.
I see Todd giving all the glory to God, I know he spends hours and hours before the Lord, I see tens of thousands giving their lives to Christ and not Satan, I have seen witchdoctors giving their lives to Christ, I see the most incredible healings, I have many close friends whose walk with the Lord has been transformed by teachings etc of Todd. I have friends who are now prophesying, leading people to the Lord and bringing healing to people through Holy Spirit. These are the fruits of his ministry; not whether or not you like his lifestyle or doctrine.
I have criticised ministers in the past, but I have realised that there are faults in all of them and in me, so now I try (sometimes not all that successfully) to let God do the judging and I try to get on with what I am called to do.

  13. rahabsplace Says:

As I have said, the church I lead is an overflow room for the revival. Since we started watching 4/21/08, we have seen 2 partially deaf people healed, one baby who was born deaf healed, and 3 people delivered of evil spirits in our meetings. We’ve seen about 2 dozen visitors and have doubled our small core. Not bad for a 2 month old church plant.

I went to Lakeland and came back changed. I am no longer satisfied to just be “normal.” I want to see the power of God in my ministry as I used to see it years ago when I was a young Christian.

Tonight Todd spoke very sternly to those of us who had laid down our first mantle, our first calling. I re-discovered the fire I had as a young evangelist and fell in love with Jesus all over again.

Todd Bentley is a fire-starter. He is not called to be a theologian. He is not called to be the arbiter of doctrine in the church. He’s just man with a passion for the Lord Jesus and a passion to see souls brought into the Kingdom of God. As an evangelist, he works with local pastors, who are the ones who take care of those converted under his ministry, which is as it should be.

I’ve watched the hard-core biker guys come to the revival meetings and fall on Todd’s neck because of the way he looks. He looks just like them and they fall apart under the acceptance they gain from him. He is reaching the radicals of our culture who would never give the respectable Christians in their town the time of day. And that is awesome.

If you don’t like what he listens to, how he dresses, his tattoos or how he acts, fine. Stay away from him. But there is an enormous group that he connects with, whom the church is totally out of touch with. They are going to hell and most Christians either do not care or are unable to connect with them. Leave him alone and let him reach the ones you can’t.

  14. Kristina Says:

Hi all, I was in a religious group for many years that was always trying to replicate the acts of the apostles, which are indeed the will of God, but in so doing we lost sight of our first love, Jesus Christ, and the true gospel message. So now I am more careful with being involved with just anything with Jesus’ name attached to it.

So, without malice and out of curiosity, my only concern with Todd Bentley is what I have read about him talking about a certain angel named Emma. He claims “she” is responsible for starting revival. I know that, no angels in scripture ever appeared as females (but in pagan cultures almost always they appear as females), and secondly, it is the Holy Spirit along that begins revivals. Angels are present during a move of the Lord as well, but they do not facilitate revivals!

Emma-O is the Japanese God of the underworld which is frighteningly a little close. Some of Todd’s tattoos contain Japanese writing. I’m just sayin’! I don’t mind listening to people preach with tattoos and piercings, etc. They are markings that were parts of their past and they can truly reach those of like station. I do not disagree, and the Lord uses unconventional people to spread the Gospel all the time!

But Todd’s tattoos were allegedly added AFTER his salvation, and the nature of the tattoos could stand to be considered. Is Jesus glorified when his face (as we know it) is tattooed (upside down) on an arm? I don’t have a definitive answer, I’m only asking questions for my own understanding.

Of course the Bible states the enemy can also produce signs and wonders, and comes as an angel of light. Healings and crowds are not always proof of God’s express presence, and there is such a thing as a counterfeit presence of the Lord, which “feels” very similar, but is based in hysterics.

It isn’t that people won’t still be saved or healed through a counterfeit ministry, the Lord has mercy on those who are there to seek Him and still extends himself to them according to their faith.

But Jesus warned that a tare can be almost indistinguishable from wheat. We will know at the time of harvest who is right in this matter, but let us not be caught up, let us be willing to test the spirits. There is nothing wrong with questioning. For the record, I don’t know what I think of Todd Bentley.

  15. Justin Kirksey Says:

Come on guys. Emotional expierience is not a test of truth. Neither is the number of people who will walk to the front of a stage. The test of truth is the word of God. Signs and wonders are not a sign of revival, they are a sign of new revelation. We do not need new revelation, we need revival. Revival is signified by holiness, and a return to the word that God has already given. Dont take my word for it, go study signs and wonders and revival in the scriptures. Of course, that would take actual effort and discipline wouldnt it??

  16. eddie Says:

all the negative talk seems to come from people who are hungry for the attention that Todd is getting in Florida. I haven’t been but I know three people who were healed there. Amazing healings!

    Read Mark 9:38-41

puregopeltruth seems to missed this verse in his KJV bible.

Or the ones where they said Jesus was healing by the power of Beelzebub and Jesus said that a house could not be divided against itself.

Anyway God Bless! If the revival in Florida is healing people and he says it is in the name of Jesus. I say amen!

  17. pammee Says:

I thank God for what is taking place in Lakeland and now worldwide, I feel sorry for the critics who feel that they alone have a ‘right’ to correct those who God chooses to use.
God will use who He will, maybe Todd doesn’t look like the ‘type’ of person we would choose but hey we are not God!
Our minister has visited this revival and has received a mighty impartation which thank God is allowing us to go to a higher level in God.
Instead of being so critical maybe those who feel they have a calling to put us all right, might realise that we too are in touch with a mighty God who we can depend on to give us discernment as to what is right and what is wrong. We also are able to study the word and search out our own answers, maybe instead of being so critical spend time seeking God’s face, He is God and totally in control.
    God is awesome!

  19. Ross Says:

It’s amazing how some Christians miss a move of God! Remember how the early Christians reacted when Paul started to preach the words of Jesus in Acts. They sent him away for 14 years! He was killing them and now he was preaching with them - this couldn’t be God they thought!

Well, the same is happening here. God has chosen to use a man with a bad past (like most of us); a man who doesn’t fit the mould; a man who says ‘BAM’ alot; and is using him as a vessel of revival. Todd may not be perfect like some of you Pharisees, but it is abundantly clear that God’s glory is covering the earth (salavtions, repentance, healing) in Asia, Africa, America, Muslim countries, etc - YES, it’s always been satan’s plan to take the Gospel into Muslim nations and broadcast it into 212 nations across the world - false prophet, got to be - YEAH RIGHT!

When John the baptist’s disciples came to Jesus and asked ‘Are you the one?’ Jesus told them to go back to John and tell him what they SEE ‘the deaf hear, the blind see, the lost are found.’

OPEN YOU EYES - God is on the move! It’s hard to get believers to believe!!

  20. Mitzi Says:

I attended the Revival on Sat nite the 24th of May. I cannot WAIT to go back. In fact, I am going back tomorrow a.m. at the Ignited Church and I am bringing as many as I can gather to the meeting this next Sat. nite.

    Be careful, nasayer.

Be very careful. God IS in the mix.

It might not LOOK conventional to you.

Conventional is BORING and will not bring the many who NEED something DIFFERENT to look at. But, certainly this does not mean it is NOT of God.

The Holy Spirit was so THICK there, I cannot even describe it.

If Todd’s myspace has pictures of him on Harley’s—-I ask you “so what”. Does he need to bring the (self) rightous to Salvation? Or people that look just like that?

Before you write another huge “blog” maybe you should re-examine the Pharisees?

    I’m just sayin’…

  22. Sean Says:

    Ross,

John the Baptist is quite different to the spirit-filled believer, so that scripture doesn’t apply. What I see on this very good blog are, basically, two camps: pro-Todders who place emphasis on the ‘experiential’ and anti-todders who seem to place emphasis on SCRIPTURE.

Tony Campolo once said something like this: I don’t care how high people get in “the spirit”, it’s how they walk when they land”.

As far as I can see, this is satan turning the flame up a bit on all those shallow christians who ignore God’s heart for the Billions of unsaved and starving people in the world for another ‘fix’.

God is IN us, with us, we have all we need in Him right where our fat western butts are. sitting.

I was drammatically saved from off the streets by God’s Holy Spirit alone several years ago and I still have a tattoo I got BEFORE that event. It isnt Todd’s tatts that expose him, its scripture. Angels never point man at themselves. Jesus said that they are neither male nor female. They are mighty beings and to represent one in a sexual feminine context is a covert mock.

God has and will continue to work powerful miracles in my life as He wills, and by His grace, he will continue burning the flames of Holiness in me, until, by His grace, He wins me into his glory.

It aint in the third heaven where we need to be, it’s in the third world.

So, wake-up Church! And get a LIFE!

  23. Clint Says:

I agree with your four statements you made at the beginning of the article… but as I kept reading beyond that, your statements for why you believe he is false are petty. He’s playing a boxing game on the Wii! Come on! As for you UFC issue. Yes, i’d agree it can be violent. Their fighting… using many styles of fighting and defense. It’s violent in nature. I think if you actually watched the bouts and listened to what a majority of fighters say after a fight. You’d notice they give glory to Jesus Christ first. They don’t preach, but they get His name out there to the non-believers, which i am sure there are alot of them. The seed is planted in their minds. I’m sorry, but i couldn’t read anymore after reading your first initial points. At least post clips where Todd is blaspheming the Holy Spirit or something to that effect. I have my concerns with Todd Bentley also, but i have not reached a point to where I can definitely say it is not of God, but it is fishy.

  24. Tom and Patty Smith Says:

    Hi beloved of God!
I am from a catholic back ground and my wife is from a baptist upbring. We attend a small christian fellowship in Amargosa Valley, Nevada. We watch Todd as often as we can and invite our friends and neighbors to watch also. We believe that Todd is consistent with the Word of God and look forward to traveling to Flordia to “Get Some” . I have a desire to reach the men in Amargosa with the good news that God loves them, Jesus died for their sins once and for all and the Holy Spirit is the power of God working in our lives to santify us. The Holy Spirit gives us the compassion for the lost so that we are able to love with the love of God.
Today a friend and I rode our motorcycles to Shoshone near the entrance to Death Valley. Another biker, not as well attired as us drove up I wanted to invite the bike to our table but my friend objected. The other biker was not as well dress as us. In fact he looked -well like a biker- I went up to him and shared a track on a teatamony and the steps to salvation. He took the track and thanked me before leaving the Crowbar restaurant and heading on his was towards Baker California.
If God can make a catholic and baptist one in Christ love. He is certainly able to save a biker or work through Todd.

  27. Frances Heather Says:

People who stick their necks out for God will always find someone willing and ready to chop them off. Folk that go out on a limb will always be criticised. I went to Israel with the GOD TV and I heard lots about Todd Bentley. I had never watched the revival even though I have the God channel and was quite frankly sceptical. After praying to God for my healing from chronic lymphoedema (incurable condition) and 17 years of re-current severe cellulitus (inflammation of the deep skin requiring lots of i.v. treatment in hospital) and four years severe pain 24/7 I claimed my healing in Israel and found myself able to do more. Rory Alec, (founder of God TV) prayed for me personally one evening. On my return I stopped taking strong pain-killers. I turned on the t.v. one night and one of Todd’s ministers gave out a word on ‘lymph problems’. I claimed my full healing. The next day my right leg which was red, hard and swollen was normal colour and the left leg is rapidly going down also with a hard ring like swelling on my ankle now softening. I can kneel for the first time in about two years. I can do my garden, which I love and I have a new confidence and cannot stop talking to people about Jesus and what he has done. I have a great desire to pray with people to see them healed. I’ve been in mission and worked abroad and seen God move in the past but had lost the fire - I feel it is now back again. I used to have a tendency to be an anxious person, easily upset and always worried what others think; but I feel even this has changed. It may not fit our particular theology, but if people are coming to know Jesus and getting healed and lives are being changed - can we say its not of God if we don’t fully understand? We should be thanking God for this fresh move of His spirit and grasping the opportunity for all its worth to reach this lost and sad world.
I feel I’ve been given a new lease of life, no longer imprisoned in disability -
    grateful Frances

Todd Bentley is a man of God. He is unorthodox and very different for many Christians but then so was Jesus. Show me someone who really did something for the kingdom of God and I’ll show you some haters and backbiters. Nobody is perfect including Todd Bentley. If you can not theologically prove someone wrong then why start something? One should be very careful when they begin to attack God’s anointed. I notice that most people who attack other people have no fruit in their own lives and ministry. No one is getting saved, healed, or set free through them.

  29. Pastor Dave Says:

You know it always intrigues me when we (worthy christians) want to critique based on “our” understanding of Gods word. Most often I catch us manipulating according to our years of faithful following.
Over the years people like Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland and several others that could be mentioned were found very guilty by us knowledgable biblical scholars for acts of heracy and yet our Heavenly Father has not seen fit to dissolve these terrible ministries. Despite their obvious, verifiable mistakes.
One very important factor for us bible scholars to practise is to discern by Holy Spirit (before judging) what is of Father and what is not. For us to use scripture soley as our defense or reason for warning with out Holy Spirit discernment is to omit the very essence in which Fathers word was given / inspired. In order to have discernment one must be willing to allow the peace of God to reign as well as allowing God time speak into the situation and accept Fathers descision.
Another aspect is for us to not believe that “our” interpetation is the only correct interpetation to another ministries heratical attributes. For God uses the foolish things to confound the wise. (things we might label as hertic)
Also (lest we forget) David chose (wisely) not to touch God’s anointed even though Saul was clearly not following God’s will, in fact when it was discovered by David that a soldier obliged Saul and pierce/killed him because the soldier was certain of Sauls impending death. David had the man killed in demonstrate Davids unbending dedication to the Almight God and His anointed.
Although I have noted a handful of descrepancies of Todd Bently’s habits and ministry techniques it is evident to me that Holy Spirit is at work irregardless and the fruit of the Spirit is quite prevelant, for me or any of us to come against something that certainly has Fathers Spirit, Love, Grace and Mercy surrounding it is to tell the Almight God of Heaven and earth we know more about this child of his than He does.
This is not a wise approach. Father will clue us (scholarly, biblical, wise men) in when His hand is off of this mans life and when He needs us to broadcast by what ever means Todds serious ungodly actions there by fully discrediting him to the world. Until then touching Fathers anointed with out His explicit permission could get one…. in trouble, at the very least it gives legal ground for the enemy to exploit. Remember Jesus said: you who is with out sin cast the first stone….another famous quote would be judge not lest ye be judged, mercy triumphs over judgment and finally were are to judge by the fruits and the fruits of this paticular revival and the man leading it is salvation, preaching the gospel, healing the sick and raising the dead..
brothers and sisters in the Lord please be careful when choosing to alarm the christian masses of another brother or sisters terrible faults before Holy Spirit comes to you and gives you permission for such a weighty responsibility…

You’ve got an interesting blog going on here and I thought I might add my tuppence worth.

My Dad has told filled me in on the details of ‘the Florida Revival’, I was sceptical at first, purely because he seemed to be taken to it hook line and sinker without throughly evaluating it. Christians need to understand that being holy is not the same as taking leave of all sensesibilities, after all God put them faculties there for very good reasons. If someone is going to take centre stage and have a ‘pulpit ministry’ he better learn to face the critics and be able to account for what his business is in certain places? why he has such personal wealth? etc…

We must all be accountable today and not tomorrow or the day of reckoning when it’s too late to make ammends. We get confused today with ‘churchianity’ and christianity, I am no different to other people and in the past gone conformed with what others are doing. I know that grace of God in my own life testifies of God’s mercies and has shown me how God is so ageless, and such a constant. This contrary ot this move and that move popping up. These thing fade away but God’s word is immortalised forever through Jesus Christ his son.

    Must go,
God Bless all and find out for yourselves what he’s saying open your Bible today and seek him as Lord.

Why doesn’t God heal amputees, cuts or other external problems people have? The claims of healing are always internal problems that can’t be witnessed by visual human observation. Any thoughts?

How dare you!!! How dare you sit back and judge someone while trying to pull them into your way of thinking!! Christianity is based on the fact that everyone has the freedom to believe what they want to believe. So, here you are trying to change the beliefs of those that want to accept the Holy Spirit through this awesome revival in Lakeland… why? so they can go to YOUR website and follow what you have to say!?!?! Let the Glory of God spread over the nation through this revival and stop trying to move people away from it! Todd Bentley is EXACTLY what this world needs right now - stop trying to step on his toes!!!!!

remember the parable of the banquet? God prepares a feast and all those invited make up their excuses for not going…. so he invites the riff raff, the nobodies, ANYBODY who will come to taste his wonderful. carefully prepared food… and who wants to celebrate. Taste and see that the Lord is good and be careful not to stand aloof and judge what God has provided without tasting it. Jesus has a thing about sinners, tax collectors, bikers and general scum! He loves them. His disciples weren’t hot shots either.. just uneducated guys. O but the church is so different. We like the respectable, the eductaed, those who can speak eloquently…
We have had the”fire” at our church for about seven weeks now and it didn’t come from Todd Bentleys’ ministry.. we found about that later. It has given us passion, vision and our first love back. Healings too, although not on the scale of Florida. I don’t want to be luke warm… I want to be blazing hot for my lovely Jesus. This is happening to those who are hungry for God and want to eat the banquet. Then we take out the food to the lost, the hurt, the dying, the sick and those others who are hungry enough to want it.
